Hotel Review: Hotel Agumar

I stayed for 2 nights at the Hotel Agumar as part of a Trafalgar tour.  Although we had a guide with us who took care of everyone’s check in and check out, there were still times where I had to speak with the front desk directly and at those times, the staff were quite helpful.

The room I stayed in was a good size but the radio kept going off throughout the night. I kept turning it off but it must have been set to turn on repeatedly at certain times.  I finally had enough of it and made my way down to the front desk around 2:00am to ask about it and they sent someone up to my room look at it.  The man took a look and after fidgeting around for a bit, confirmed that the radio was off, but thankfully it went off again before he left the room, so he had no choice but to look at it a second time.  He seemed to have fixed it properly the second time and I was finally able to get some rest after a long flight.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and all the amenities were quite standard.  Aside from the radio mishap, I enjoyed my stay at this property.
