Lunch in Yehliu

After spending a couple hours at Yehliu Geopark, we headed back towards town to catch the bus to Keelung.  We were planning on having lunch in Keelung, but stumbled across a seafood market sign that had us intrigued.  As luck would have it, this seafood market only took place on weekends, so we decided to take a peek as we saw people sitting at tables and eating.  After combing through the selection, we decided to purchase 2 crabs each and pay the extra $100NTD to be served right at the market.  The meat was so succulent and delicious that no seasoning was necessary at all.

This tiny little oven was what the lady used to prepare everyone’s crabs.  We only had to wait about 10-15 minutes before it was ready to be eaten.

After this delicious meal, we decided to stop for coffee and dessert at 85C before heading to Keelung.   I think this was the sweetest milk tea I had in all of Taiwan.  It kind of turned me off of milk tea after this!  And the forks they gave us for the cakes did not work at all!  Way too small!
