We booked a standard room for 3 nights at this property, which included two single beds in a spacious room. The room didn’t have air conditioning, but did have a fan on the ceiling, which worked out just fine, as Chiang Mai wasn’t overly warm when we visited.
The hotel was supposed to send someone to pick us up at the airport, but no one showed up, so we had to make our own way to the hotel. Upon arrival, we realized that the hotel had mistaken our arrival time as am instead of pm, so they had sent someone to the airport at 9:00am that morning instead of 9:00pm.
After this little mishap, everything else about the hotel was great. The staff were very helpful, and everyone spoke great English. There was a big tour desk right in the lobby that could help you make arrangements for day trips and tours.
The hotel was also only about a 10-15 min walk to the night bazaar. In the other direction, the hotel was just a short 5-10 min walk to the old city, which meant it was in a very conveniently location.
The beds at the hotel weren’t the best. In fact, I felt the springs from the bed, but for the price that I was paying, I really couldn’t expect much more!
