Hotel Review: Premier Hotel 首相大飯店

From Tainan train station, it is about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Upon exiting the train station, you will be met with a traffic circle and you just need to make your way across to the other end of the circle onto Chenggong Road (成功).  Stay on Chenggong Road until you reach Gongyuan Road (公園路) and make a right.  Premier Hotel is about half a block away.

From the hotel, everything is quite convenient.  The bus for the Garden Night Market is only around the corner and took no more than a minute to get to.  If you are heading to Anping, you do need to make your way back towards the train station to take the #2 bus, which is right on the corner of Chenggong Road and the traffic circle.

The hotel itself is very large.  All the rooms were on the 7th floor and their elevators were constantly on either the 1st or 7th floors waiting for customers.  Our room had 2 single beds, but it was large enough to fit 2 king sized beds.  The bathroom was separated by a walk in closet, which was quite nice.

The hotel provided a typical Chinese breakfast, serving cereals, rice, and vegetables.  Nothing overly spectacular.

For the location and the size of the rooms, I would definitely stay here again on future trips to Tainan.
